Senior software engineer with 13+ years of professional experience (since 2012) designing, building, and operating complex software systems in production. I specialize in high-leverage engineering work—owning critical platforms, scaling decision-making systems, and enabling teams to move faster without increasing risk.

My work sits at the intersection of full-stack product engineering, platform ownership, and distributed systems. I’m most effective in environments where software directly informs business outcomes: experimentation, revenue systems, internal platforms, and developer enablement. I care deeply about correctness, operability, and long-term maintainability—not just shipping features.

In recent years, my day-to-day work has increasingly focused on multiplying engineering effectiveness through better abstractions, automation, and AI-native development practices. Rather than treating AI as an add-on, I work in teams that embed it directly into the SDLC—design, implementation, testing, documentation, and operations—to reduce low-signal work and raise the quality bar across the organization.

I lead through ownership and trust. I mentor and onboard engineers, act as a technical escalation point, and help set direction in ambiguous problem spaces. My goal is always to leave systems—and teams—stronger than I found them.

Since 2019, I’ve been working at Carvana, where I lead and own much of the experimentation platform that powers revenue-critical decision-making across the company. My scope spans platform architecture, distributed services, developer experience, and operational reliability, supporting teams that rely on fast, safe experimentation at scale.

I’m most energized by working on products with clear business impact—systems that directly influence revenue, decision-making, or how teams operate at scale.

I enjoy full-stack work in TypeScript-first environments, spanning React / Next.js / Svelte, Node.js services, and cloud-native, event-driven architectures. I’m especially drawn to problems where product, engineering, and business outcomes are tightly coupled.

I focus on work that delivers measurable business impact, building systems and workflows that improve decision-making, velocity, and outcomes over time.
